Founder
Malachi Leadership Youth Ministries (MLYM) was founded in October 2011, by Marsha Tanksley Traylor, affectionately referred to as "M.T." by youth and others who were blessed to have known her. Marsha had a deep passion for interacting with and counseling youth and dedicated much of her time to encouraging them to be the leaders God called them to be.

Marsha's desire was to be God's vessel. God used her compassionate heart to establish an organization committed to reaching and teaching youth who are believers in Jesus Christ and those who have not come into the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Marsha's legacy continues.

MLYM is a non-profit organization that caters to middle and high school students of all races, cultures, economic levels and locations. The ministry focuses on teaching and providing training to youth regarding how to be godly leaders for the purpose of sharing God's truth with others, serving God through discipleship, and fulfilling their callings with integrity and humility, while giving God all the glory!
Marsha's favorite scripture was I Corinthians 2:9, "But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him."
